職責(zé)描述:
      1. 在護(hù)士長(zhǎng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下開展工作；認(rèn)真執(zhí)行各項(xiàng)護(hù)理制度和技術(shù)操作規(guī)程，正確執(zhí)行醫(yī)囑、準(zhǔn)確及時(shí)有序地完成各項(xiàng)護(hù)理工作，做好查對(duì)及交接班工作，防止差錯(cuò)事故的發(fā)生。
      2．負(fù)責(zé)器械的清洗、消毒和診斷臺(tái)檢查物品的齊備，做好開診前的準(zhǔn)備工作；做好基礎(chǔ)護(hù)理和心理護(hù)理工作。經(jīng)常巡視，密切觀察患者的病情變化，如發(fā)現(xiàn)異常情況須及時(shí)報(bào)告。
      3. 協(xié)助醫(yī)師進(jìn)行檢診，嚴(yán)格按醫(yī)囑（或治療單）為病人處置，如要改變處置方式，必須征求診治醫(yī)師的同意后方可進(jìn)行；
      4. 做好消毒隔離工作，防止交叉感染；負(fù)責(zé)使用運(yùn)動(dòng)平板、心電圖、肺功能、高壓鍋、霧化器等機(jī)器，并進(jìn)行日常保養(yǎng)。
      5．負(fù)責(zé)外勤工作。如帶病人至仁濟(jì)做CT/MRI、胃腸鏡、人流、放環(huán)、IVF、看門診等，負(fù)責(zé)將病人的精液標(biāo)本送至仁濟(jì)等。
      6．負(fù)責(zé)門診常規(guī)和器械的維護(hù)、保養(yǎng)工作。輪流負(fù)責(zé)夜間接聽熱線電話。如有出診服務(wù)，負(fù)責(zé)聯(lián)系醫(yī)生并配合陪同醫(yī)生完成出診服務(wù)。主動(dòng)協(xié)助團(tuán)隊(duì)中的其他成員完成工作，與其他部門緊密配合、相互支持。
      要求：
      - 大專以上學(xué)歷，醫(yī)學(xué)、護(hù)理學(xué)、臨床等相關(guān)專業(yè)
      - 2年以上高等級(jí)或涉外外資私立等醫(yī)院各種科室護(hù)理崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，
      - 英文或日語(yǔ)聽說(shuō)讀寫熟練 負(fù)責(zé)翻譯工作（書面資料翻譯及病人與醫(yī)生之間的翻譯工作），翻譯病史。
      - 有海外留學(xué)、海外護(hù)理護(hù)工工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
      - 擁有護(hù)士資格證書 熟悉各藥品的使用（包括疫苗）及配伍禁忌。
      -認(rèn)真、負(fù)責(zé)、細(xì)心，專業(yè)扎實(shí)，知識(shí)面豐富。
